· Involving with the Community , especially helping out the neighborhood , the environment, and poverty alleviation?
This development is not deliberately intended to become a business venture , but it should be based on the basic principles that if one require another party to any professional services, they need to be compensated on a fair share.
This is based on the logic that if we develop the housing as a group, with respecting "individual privacy" and yet possibilities to share, it might have a better chance to be more economical and efficient to get this through. If we purchase larger plots, plan infrastructure and energy on a sharing mode, and construct the houses together , it seems that it should be cheaper , more efficient, and probably more attractive as a single ecological village. Maybe worth doing in facing our global warming problems?
